Commercial catering equipment manufacturer IMC is expecting to improve sales, service and marketing when it goes live with a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.
The system will integrate with the firm's extensive SmartVision manufacturing business software, which was implemented by K3 in 2005.
"Our SmartVision software gives us a great deal of control and flexibility across our manufacturing environment, and Microsoft CRM is a natural extension to help us deliver further improvements to our sales, supplier, service and marketing operations," says Tim Tindle, managing director of IMC.
He refers to capabilities such as workflow automation and analytics, which, he says, will help the sales, marketing and service teams to share information and route tasks to provide a seamless customer experience.
K3 will design, implement and support the new CRM solution, which is planned to go live in June.
