Strutt has a proven track record of reorganisation, process improvement and profit growth. He is a qualified chartered engineer and started his career at British Aerospace in 1979. Subsequently, he has worked with industry heavyweights, including KPMG, Chloride Group, Hewlett Packard and PA Consulting Group. As a consultant he has worked with Rolls-Royce, Siemens and Panasonic.
