In his new role, Carr will support Fanuc customers in the plastic industry tackling manufacturing challenges through productivity boosting and enhancing cost efficiency.
Before this, Carr was managing director of plastic manufacturing company Nickerson PMS. He also spent five years at Sumitomo Demag, a machinery manufacturing and moulding company - holding positions such as area sales manager and internal sales manager.
Roboshot and Plastics Injection Moulding are machines developed by Fanuc. Roboshot uses CNC precision technology from turning and milling and applies it to electric injection moulding.
