A manufacturing SME has beaten rivals from other business sectors to win an award for its growth and performance.
Precision injection moulding business The Hi-Technology Group of Waterlooville, Hampshire, was shortlisted in two categories of the inaugural South Coast Business Awards, and came through against stiff competition in the Growth Business category.
Hi-Technology Group was up against construction firm Raymond Brown Group, marine flare manufacturer Chemring Marine and communications business Peach Telecom. Hi-Technology Group was judged to meet all the criteria, including profitability, year-on-year growth, as well as ambition and innovation.
Hi-Technology Group managing director Gary Moore said: "This is further recognition of the great job everyone is doing in supporting the vision of the business to be the best of the best providing long-term security for all in the region."
