GSH Group selects IFS to improve customer service
Facilities and energy management systems company GSH Group has selected IFS's workforce scheduling and optimisation tool to streamline its service operations.
Chris Riley, operations director at GSH, reckons that IFS 360 Scheduling's dynamic scheduling engine will help the company to gain real-time operational control.
Commenting on the choice of IFS, Riley says: "IFS has a proven track record and consultants who have world-class industry competence."
He also points to IFS's 'always optimising' approach to scheduling, which, he says, "precisely complements our continuous improvement approach".
The contract has a value of over £1 million and implementation will begin immediately.
