HSO streamlines communications processes for Kohler Co.

Commercial and industrial products manufacturer Kohler Co. has streamlined its EMEA-based accounts payable and supplier communications processes.

It has worked with enterprise business solutions provider HSO to roll out Microsoft Office 365 email management system for its accounts payable department using elements of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

The firm was receiving large numbers of generic emails from Italy, Spain, France, Morocco and the UK, which it routed manually by country and would typically pass through different sub-teams.

Kohler brought in HSO to install the new Microsoft-based solution and provide ongoing support. HSO implemented a cloud-based approach, leveraging Microsoft Office 365 and using Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales to bridge the gap by routing communications from Office 365 to the correct shared services sub-team.

Kohler is now live on the system and has a total of 25 users up and running on it.
