SysFix has unveiled what it describes as unlimited IT support services for lower budget, technology-dependent SMEs.
Paul Stanbra, founder of SysFix, explains that users pay a fixed monthly fee and get a choice of two service levels – standard and premium.
Optional multi-office location additions, out of hours services, online data backup and anti-virus solutions are all available for a pre-determined surcharge, he says – as well as cover for BlackBerry and iPhone handsets and VOIP systems.
"British businesses lose billions of pounds per year due to IT related issues," comments Stanbra. "For small businesses, even having one person unable to go about their day's tasks due to a faulty machine can mean the difference between profit and loss."
Stanbra argues that having a reliable, affordable computer repair service available throughout the month gives the operational benefits of an in-house IT department without the payroll costs.
"Our IT support contracts have been designed specifically to help keep small businesses streamlined and efficient. Couple this with the convenience of remote computer repair and laptop repair, and both costs and timeframes shrink," he says.
