UK Syspro ERP firm K3 says it is launching a campaign to help businesses discover the best ways to operate more effectively.
The Manchester-based firm has started a series of free 'discovery sessions', following the success of its 'naked truth' campaign, which focussed on the requirement for visibility decision-making.
Howard Joseph, managing director of K3, gives the example of home baking supplier Fiddes Payne, which, earlier this year, went live with ERP and has already reduced stockholding by £500,000 – from £2.3m to £1.8m.
Syspro has also integrated the company's manufacturing, accounting and distribution operations.
"There are many businesses out there looking to be at the cutting edge of their respective markets. They are also looking at how best to run their businesses more efficiently and effectively," comments Joseph.
"Our 'naked truth' campaign's message was essentially laying companies bare to help managers identify areas where changes could be made to help their business operate more efficiently," he explains.
"The discovery sessions are an extension of that, where focussed consultancy and advanced technology will enable firms to view business and processes in a new light and make decisions that will affect bottom line performance," states Joseph.
