Steve Brooke Enrolls in the Help to Grow: Management Course
Managing director Steve Brooke has enrolled in the Help to Grow: Management Course at Leeds University Business School to tackle challenges to scaling operations and business plans.
Brooke has helped expand the company’s production to include specialist engineering components, serving industries such as food and beverage and engineering.
Through the course, Brooke helped the company gain ISO certifications in environmental and health and safety management systems.
Help to Grow: Management Course Driving Business Expansion
Help to Grow: Management Course is a 90% government-funded leadership programme that provides insights from small business experts, improves marketing strategies, and enhances people management processes. Steve Brooke, managing director of Anglo Stainless, said: “One of the main reasons I enrolled on the Help to Grow: Management Course was to understand how to better structure the business to help us scale and expand our operations. It helped me identify the critical changes required to drive growth, including developing a management team to assist with driving the business forward.

Expanding Warehouse Space and Diversifying into New Markets
Brooke plans to expand warehouse space to support increased production capacity and diversifying into markets such as railways and hydrogen.
