Next generation risk management from SAP

Jim Dunham, group vice president for GRC Solutions at SAP, makes the point that the release has been nearly three years in the making, and says it now integrates GRC capabilities into everyday business processes, helping make risk management, regulatory compliance and safe, productive operations standard practice. In fact, the new release introduces a common look and feel across all applications in SAP's GRC suite, as well as embedded BI (business intelligence) reports and dashboards, and a graphical tool to define and depict risks. Dunham says it's all aimed at making it easier to use, and adds that by integrating GRC activities into core business processes and applications, managers can manage their businesses proactively and strategically, rather than reactively.
