A bunch of industry-specific tools, wizards and workflows for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.12. collectively dubbed Oracle Business Accelerators, have been launched by Oracle to improve the speed and cut costs of best practice ERP implementations.
They were unveiled at the Oracle PartnerNetwork Day in London, with the software giant explaining to partners that, for example, by using this tool, they can build interactive questionnaires to address customer requirements and provide additional flexibility for implementations.
“As an Oracle Accelerate partner, the Oracle Business Accelerators are a critical component to fulfilling customer demand for fast and reliable implementations,” says Terillium president Warren Bach.
Oracle has also enhanced the existing Oracle Business Accelerators for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for 12 countries to include features that improve usability, performance and provide additional automated responses to application implementation questions.
“Oracle Business Accelerators are a valuable resource that help us maximise the speed and reduce the cost of our implementations,” says Oracle partner, Syntax’s senior vice president, Gary Shaffran. “These latest enhancements will enable us to benefit from greater flexibility and account for varying implementation requirements so that we can meet the budget and timeframe constraints of our customers.”
