Planning and scheduling software specialist Preactor International has, today announced the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Preactor North America.
Based in Dallas, Texas, the objective, according to Preactor CEO Mike novels, is to strengthen the existing network of partners in the US, currently led by Preactor partner firm Quinn & Associates.
Its chief operating officer is Andy Willis, who brings more than 14 years experience with Preactor and before that, as a user, was responsible for implementing the software across an international food group.
"Interest in Preactor has consistently grown in the user and software vendor community, as both have come to see the positive ways that it can complement existing manufacturing IT solutions, especially ERP and MES systems," says Greg Quinn, Preactor network partner and president of Quinn & Associates.
"The depth of technical product knowledge and ongoing involvement with product development that Andy brings will be valuable in further strengthening our product support across all times zones in the USA, Canada and Mexico," he adds.
