MENE 2015 won three industry awards and attracted more than 1,300 professionals from engineering and manufacturing, which organisers Findlay Media will be looking to build on this year.
The two-day event is designed to help visitors from the North East and Scotland, as well as those from further afield, to source global suppliers, test equipment, acquire expert knowledge and forge new supply chain relationships.
Hitachi Rail, AMRC TC, the IMechE and the North East Automotive Alliance are some of the big names from the area who have already confirmed their involvement in this year’s event.
Manufacturing & Engineering North East is delivered in association with Eureka, Machinery and Works Management magazines. Leading trade bodies and institutions, including the North East LEP, Gateshead & Newcastle Inward Investment, Advanced Manufacturing Forum and the Institution of Engineering Designers (IED) support the event.
