Roofing manufacturer chooses Mapics’ ERP for global roll out

IKO Industries, the global mid-market roofing systems manufacturer, has signed a contract with enterprise software vendor Mapics, for software and services. Mapics will provide IKO with its Complex Manufacturing Solution software to allow for a multi-site, multi-national implementation across the organisation. The first stage of the project will include an ERP (enterprise resource planning) backbone, maintenance and calibration management, business intelligence and web functionality. The second stage will move on to integrate of IKO’s supply chain management capabilities. “We selected Mapics as our partner because of their strong focus on leading mid-market manufacturers … and their proven ability to implement a full ERP solution globally,” said Hartley Koschitzky, director of IKO.
