Bristol-based electrical and mechanical repairs firm Anstee Ware and national compressed air company Airchannel are among substantial new contracts for IFS ERP software in the UK.
IFS, which seems to have turned the corner following restructuring, according to its latest interim results, is to provide both companies with IFS Applications 2004.
Anstee Ware, which provides service engineering to companies like Rolls-Royce, is to replace home-grown legacy systems with a phased implementation of IFS for back office automation, business management and collaboration in its supply chain.
Airchannel, which recently acquired Anglair, is replacing its existing systems particularly on the CRM (customer relationship management) side to improve telesales and provide greater visibility into its business operations.
Both systems will run on Oracle 10g databases and Microsoft Windows 2003, along with IBM servers.
