The second episode of K3 Business Technology Group’s six-part series, The Factory, has now been released, with David visiting Astute Electronics.
His quest for the perfect ERP solution takes him to its Ware headquarters, where the company’s semiconductor business has been streamlined with Syspro ERP.
Astute, which specialises in sourcing, test and supplying of semiconductors, implemented Syspro to improve customer service, with full product audit trails.
Says Astute IT manager Simon Humphreys: “We are a lot more in control of what we do. Syspro speeds up the process incredibly. In fact, we can safely say that from order to shipment we have shortened the cycle by 15%.
