Space Kitchens to boost call centre with CRM

Kitchen manufacturer and installer Space Kitchens has commissioned K3 to create a Microsoft-based CRM (customer relationship management) system to support its call centre and marketing department.

Space Kitchens says it wants to build a history of the householder and the property, so that as buildings change hands, the new owner can be reached and profiled for other products and services. Morris Dentith, marketing director of Space Kitchens, says: “We selected K3 as they were able to demonstrate their expertise in this area, with a proven track record of CRM. They will deliver what is needed, on time and on budget.” The system will be based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
