At a ceremony held at Sparck Technologies’ global headquarters in Drachten on March 13th, Arno Brok, the King’s Commissioner for Friesland, honoured the company.
Brok said: “Sparck Technologies has a reputation for innovation, technology, and progress – a solid, healthy, and future-proofed company with ambitions. That’s something to be proud of. I am delighted to inform you that His Majesty The King has seen fit to grant the company the Royal Warrant.”

On receiving the honour, Kees Oosting, CEO of Sparck Technologies, said: "It is a great privilege to receive the Royal Warrant. This is the crowning achievement of 100 years of entrepreneurship and innovation. Everyone at Sparck is honoured that we have been granted this Royal accolade ‘By Royal Warrant.’"
