Steve Winter is new managing director of SAP UK and Ireland

Winter replaces Tim Noble, who was recently promoted to head of Emerging Markets for SAP in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Previously, Winter served as COO of SAP North America, leading several teams, including the Premier Customer Network Centre of Excellence, Business Operations, Ecosystems & Alliances, Small and Midsize Enterprises (SME), Value Engineering, and Sustainability teams. During his six-year tenure with SAP, Winter has also held positions of executive vice president of enterprise sales for SAP North America, and led Enterprise Sales in both the Midwest and Southwest regions of the US. Prior to SAP he was at PeopleSoft for 12 years, where he worked in executive sales management roles. "The SAP UK and Ireland team has seen some great successes and I look forward to working with them to build on this momentum," states Winter. "We will continue to support customers of all sizes, as they look to take advantage of our innovations, technologies and solutions to better run and manage their businesses."
