Truswell Haulage joins Palletforce network

Truswell's headquarters are in Barnsley and it has operating sites in Sheffield, Scunthorpe and Douglas in Lanarkshire. The haulier has moved to Palletforce after a long relationship with another pallet network. Joint MD Ian Truswell commented: "As part of the measures taken to further improve customer service we have totally reviewed our pallet distribution operations and decided that Palletforce is a forward thinking and quality driven organisation which best suits our needs." Truswell Haulage operates a mixed fleet of 80 trucks and has a wide-ranging client base which sees them moving everything from heavy haulage plant and machinery to plastic goods. The business also offers vehicle repair workshops, warehousing and storage, and operate its own driver training school. "Truswell Haulage is a well-established, highly experienced firm that puts quality at the heart of everything it does, which is why we are delighted to welcome them to the Palletforce family," said Palletforce chief executive Michael Conroy.
