WM will carry the flag for UK manufacturing after being shortlisted for a top prize at the Professional Publishers Association (PPA) awards - the Oscars of the publishing world.
WM joins heavyweight brands including Men's Health, Grazia and The Radio Times at the esteemed event, which celebrates outstanding journalism.
WM is the only dedicated manufacturing title recognised at the PPAs, which attracted over 700 entries from 77 companies across the media sector.
Max Gosney, WM's editor, has been named as a finalist in the Editor of the Year, Business Media Category.
Gosney praised grassroots manufacturers for their support in catapulting WM on to the shortlist.
He said: "I'm over the moon to make the PPA shortlist alongside such esteemed company. We really couldn't have made it without the constant support and feedback from our readers over the past year, so thank you."
"It's great to see a manufacturing title on the big stage and we hope to do the sector proud."
The PPA is the trade association for UK publishing with over 200 member companies.
The PPA awards take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel on 20 June.
