Automotive giants Jaguar Land Rover and Aston Martin are offering WM readers an exclusive behind the scenes look at how continuous improvement has helped boost shopfloor productivity.
Delegates at the WM Manufacturing Conference 2011 will have the chance to tour Aston Martin's Gaydon site and JLR's Castle Bromwich plant.
The factory tours form part of the WM Conference 2011 line up, which includes case studies from global power giant Cummins on how it has applied CI techniques across the globe.
The event, which takes place on 16 and 17 November in the West Midlands will include a keynote address from Grant McPherson, plant director at JLR's Castle Bromwich site, on how the car giant has mastered CI techniques.
Delegates will also take part in a series of lean workshops as part of the event
