Sage searches on Exalead CloudView for new ERP release

Emmanuel Obadia, SVP of Sage ERP X3, says that CloudView brings the speed and simplicity of consumer web searching to the Sage ERP X3 user experience – meaning flexible natural language searches across all Sage content, including data and metadata. It's being offered as a drag-and-drop Gadget in the Sage portal, and the promise is single text box searching, with no training, complex forms or SQL queries required. Further, fuzzy matching and flexible search refinement by dynamic results categories are also available, if a user's query is incomplete, misspelled or imprecise. "We evaluated a wide range of search solutions, and without a doubt, CloudView delivers a great user experience, innovative search technology, top performance and easy integration," comments Obadia. "We believe our mutual customers will greatly benefit from native search capabilities, accelerating ERP user adoption even more," he adds.
