Aero Engineering congress to host award-winning ERP demo

Delegates at Aero Engineering 2010 – the aerospace congress at the NEC, Birmingham from 29 to 30 September– will learn how ERP software can improve quality management and cut waste.

So says mid-market manufacturing business software developer Epicor, which will be exhibiting its next-generation ERP solution, Epicor 9, at the event. Epicor sales director Mark Hughes will be speaking at one of the open technology sessions, and says that Epicor's Web 2.0-based and true SOA (service orientated architecture) technologies are key to the system's flexibility and low total cost of ownership. He also points to the software company's 'Shared Benefits' programme, under which Epicor splits the financial risks and cost savings of its ERP implementation project with the customer.
