Bespak reports successful integration of The Medical House with SAP system

Bespak has been an SAP customer since 1997, with its system supporting the back office, manufacturing and distribution. In November last year, the firm acquired The Medical House, and shortly after set about moving the company from its existing IT systems onto SAP Business All-in-One. "Ensuring that we have the accurate, timely information across the business is critical to Bespak because we are dealing with such important products, and also because we must meet the FDA regulations," explains Mark Newman, SAP systems manager at Bespak. As for the system integrator, Newman says: "We selected Chelford, because of their knowledge of the system, the great references they had, they were highly regarded by SAP and they also understood what we were trying to achieve." Bespak's man says that the implementation was relatively straightforward, taking just 60 days from start to finish. He also says the integration means huge benefits for Bespak.
