Cetis calls on Infor ERP to drive production volumes
Telephones and Internet access technology manufacturer Cetis has selected Infor ERP Visual to improve capacity at its assemble-to-order production line.
Brock Munsell, program analyst at Cetis, believes that the new system will enhance decision-making, and hence also order fulfilment and customer service from at its Colorado facility. He also expects improvements in order management, available-to-promise routines, production scheduling and inventory management.
"We needed to find an ERP solution that would enable us to manage growth and enhance customer service levels," explains Munsell.
"Our initial evaluation of ERP Visual demonstrated that it will help meet our goals, and the positive feedback we received from existing Visual customers confirmed that it is the solution to take our business to the next level," he adds.
That, he explains, will be accomplished by the system providing seamless data flow across departments, while the integrated CRM side delivers reducing cost of sales at the same time as maximising sales opportunities.
