For companies wanting ERP, CRM (customer relationship management) and telephony merged and working out of the box, ERM (enterprise resource management) software developer eMerge and comms provider New Media Software have a solution.
The pair have integrated their respective Priority CRM and Adaptive CTI systems so that the two operate seamlessly, allowing users to work effectively from one central database.
Says Phil Nicholls, managing director of eMerge: “Priority has all the functionality in a single integrated environment and can now provide its customers with the level of telephony integration being demanded by sophisticated CRM users.”
Adaptive CTI has been used to add screen-popping and outbound dialing functionality to the Priority system. Integration with the Adaptive Progressive and Predictive Dialers is also planned.
