Francisco Partners to acquire US-based Plex Systems

Plex Systems' claim to fame is its success with providing cloud-based ERP software for manufacturers. Its flagship product, Plex Online, is a described as a 'shop floor to top floor' solution, and the company has customers across the automotive, aerospace and defence, food and beverage and electronics industries.
