Hellyar Plastics to smooth business on Sage and CPiO
Thermoplastics distributor Hellyar Plastics expects to improve business efficiency by integrating all business processes, using Sage 1000 ERP.
Hellyar IT manager Mark Taylor explains: “Our current systems are very disjointed. We realised that we were wasting time operating within several disparate programs and that it was becoming too complicated to maintain our data.
“We needed an integrated system that could increase our efficiency by reducing the number of systems we were using at the same time and providing better information.”
The system is being configured and installed by Sage reseller CPiO, and Taylor says the benefits of a single system, seamlessly co-ordinating sales, finance, manufacturing and purchasing are already obvious.
Hellyar is based in Whitstable, but the system will be deployed to its operations throughout the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.
