Improving pulling power

Deeside, North Wales-based tow bar manufacturer Witter Towbars is updating its systems to an integrated Syspro 6.0 manufacturing, distribution and financials ERP system from McGuffie Brunton. The system will replace the company’s existing DOS-based system, and Phil Smith, systems and finance manager, says it will improve customer service and set it up for further growth and development. “Syspo’s web facilities will provide us with the potential to process orders electronically and, in time, for our customer base to gain access to the system’s data for them to order products online,” he adds.
