Infor acquires former partner Qurius’ ERP LN operation
Infor implementation partner Qurius' ERP LN operations have now been acquired by Infor, following a bid that the latter believes with strengthen its ERP LN business and expand its market share in Europe.
Qurius provides architecture, infrastructures, implementation and systems management services, and, as part of the deal, Infor takes on some 60 Qurius staff, who will continue to look after Infor's ERP LN customers in Italy, Germany and Spain.
"A strong channel partner programme is critical to maintaining the close collaborative relationships that have enabled us to become the leading provider of business software for mid-market customers," comments Dennis Michalis, senior vice president at Infor.
"Infor's acquisition of Qurius' ERP LN operations does not represent a shift in this strategy: we will continue to invest heavily in our channel partner programme and recruit new partners across the globe to benefit our customers."
