K3 extends Syspro ERP with app store launch

Andy Latham, managing director of K3 Syspro, explains that the Syspro app store not only provides a secure and reliable platform for global users to collaborate on tailor-made solutions, but also allows customers to recover some of their development investment by selling on solutions to others worldwide. K3's own VBScript and C# User Control demonstration apps have already amassed 70 downloads between them – on the first day of release onto the Syspro app store. "With the provision of an online marketplace in which the Syspro community can access purpose-built solutions from all over the world, we are making it easier for users of the software to see how other organisations are extending the value of their solutions," comments Latham. "This gives our customers the opportunity to get the very best out of their Syspro software and reduces their overall cost of ownership."
