Industrial automation and control systems manufacturer Westbury Control Systems says it expects to transform mobile sales when it goes live with Maximizer CRM10 customer relationship management software.
The system, which is being installed by certified business partner JI Software, will synchronise data between all sales and marketing departments, and sales will have access via Windows, web and mobile interfaces.
Paul Knott, operations director at Westbury, says: “Maximizer CRM will allow faster transfer of knowledge and information across the whole sales and marketing teams.
“This will free up time that can be better used, building stronger relationships direct with customers and closing deals. We anticipate it will also help sales teams raise productivity levels, increase revenues -- and ultimately, the company’s profitability.”
