WorkPlan helps keep quality on track at Protefil Group

Protefil comprises Tecnología del Perfil and Procesos Tecnicos del Molde and serves the automotive, packaging, domestic appliance, medical, electronic and cosmetics industries. WorkPlan helps managers to control the complete manufacturing process from quotation to delivery, as well as after sales service. The system takes live data from sources like shop floor terminals, purchasing, supplier performance records, time and attendance systems and machine controllers, and helps managers with everything from generating accurate quotations to controlling material and manufacturing costs. Protefil used it to reduce its administrative workload, share information around the factory, eliminate duplication of effort and reduce errors.
