Targeted at sales and marketing professionals in the manufacturing sector, Access Commerce, the CRM (customer relationship management) software specialist, has just launched its new price configuration software module, Cameleon ePricer, that it claims solves company’s complex pricing headaches.
Part of Access Commerce’s overall CRM offering, the new Java-based tool helps firms better manage the more complex side of their selling and marketing activities: multi-channel pricing; worldwide promotions; complex pricing strategies and ‘special’ discount calculations for different clients.
“The heart of Cameleon ePricer is a set of advanced pricing engines,” said Sylvie Rouge, chief technology officer for Access Commerce. “Well-conceived and properly executed pricing strategies are critical to the success of any business, yet pricing is not a simple process.”
Using the software’s graphical interface, managers can segment pricing by customers, channels and products, define specific contracts, manage promotional campaigns and instantly deploy these pricing strategies across every channel.
